I’ve created these flyers for a school activist project where I bring more attention to the women in history that have been forgotten or ignored. This blog will be an extension of those flyers where I post longer biographies of these women and other bad-ass women like them. Too often women’s achievements have been pushed aside, either by others in their lives, or else by the historians who choose to ignore them. This tumblr is dedicated to celebrating them and bringing their achievements to light!
TheGlint prides itself on being this diverse, multi-dimensional, creative co-working space in San Francisco yet there are no women? We have people from all parts of the world, all ethnicity in various disciplines. That’s our goal. But again… were are all the women?

We had a lot of fun putting this list together last year, so we’ve done it again for 2011! Below is a list of 20 people signed up to attend FailCon on Monday. These are people we’ve personally talked or done business with who we found especially friendly, intelligent, honest, and well-connected….
